We start with a free, no-pressure 20-30 minute discovery call so we can get to know each other.

Once services are confirmed, we'll kick off the partnership with a 60-90 minute conversation to review your plans, where you're at with your vendors, and your timeline. You’ll get to share your vision, quirks, and worries, and we’ll start to imagine the celebration that reflects you two.

A Blueprint for Your Best Day

After our chat, we’ll craft a custom planning roadmap just for you. No generic packages here—your wedding deserves more than a checklist.

We’ll outline exactly how we’ll help bring your ideas to life (and avoid those late-night Pinterest spirals). You’ll know what’s happening, when, and who’s handling what—spoiler: it’s us.

Let the Moodboard Come to Life

From linens to lanterns, we guide the creative process and recommend trusted vendors who match your style and values. We’ve walked this path before, so you're never alone, and we treat every wedding like it's one-of-a-kind.

Final Run-Through & Peace of Mind

As your big day approaches, we will ensure your vendors know who we are, and we'll confirm all timing/logistics with them and the venue(s).

We'll double-check every detail and make sure you have zero reason to panic. We only take a limited number of weddings per season so that each couple gets the time and attention they deserve.

The Moment It All Comes Together

You show up. We handle the rest. From attending the rehearsal to vendor check-ins to timeline tweaks, we’re there so your biggest job is… just being present.

We welcome the vendors on the day, guide the set-up, and complete any finishing touches.

We'll also be there to support you and your guests as well as handle any final vendor payments and gratuities you need us to, so you can have a stress-free day.
