Our signature package for the couple who wants it all. From venue tours to your final send-off, we’re with you every step of the way.


We serve as your personal wedding stylists and planning partners, curating an elevated, cohesive look while managing every behind-the-scenes detail. Our team handles the coordination so you can be fully present. No stress, no last-minute family assignments, just celebration.

 

Includes:

  • Planner access from the time of booking and monthly planning check-ins

  • Venue and vendor sourcing

  • Contract and communication management

  • Custom design concepts + moodboards

  • Timeline, floor plan, budget, and checklist management

  • Up to four (4) 30-minute coaching sessions for vows, speeches, or officiant scripts.

  • Day-of execution from setup to last call

  • Day-of Styling & Detail Kit (ring box, hanger, accessories for any detail shots)

  • Day-of Emergency Kit

You’ve done the dreaming and gathered your favorite ideas. Now it’s time to piece them into a plan that actually works. The Pine Package is built for couples who want to stay involved in the planning process but value expert guidance along the way and full support when the big day arrives.

  • Planner access from the time of booking

  • Up to four (4) structured planning meetings for ongoing guidance

  • Vendor sourcing for up to three (3) vendors of your choosing

  • Development of a detailed wedding day timeline

  • Vendor communication and coordination

  • Personalized vendor recommendations aligned with your style and budget

  • Access to budget templates, planning checklists, and design input

  • One 30-minute coaching session for vows, speeches, or officiant scripts

  • Full day-of management, from setup to final send-off

Day-Of Coordination

You’ve secured your venue, booked your vendors, and brought your vision to life. Now, it’s time to hand off the logistics and enjoy the day. The Velvet Touch Package is our day-of coordination service, designed to provide expert execution in the final stretch so you can be fully present from rehearsal to last call.

Day-of coordination is perfect for you if you're confident planning your own wedding celebration and creating your style concept, but want to enjoy the last month free of the stress of bringing all of the final details together. 

 

Includes:

  • 90-minute planning consultation beginning 2 months out

  • Final venue walkthrough

  • Creation of your wedding day timeline

  • Vendor confirmation and management beginning 2 months out

  • Rehearsal direction (up to 1 hour)

  • Full day-of coordination, including setup & breakdown oversight

  • Ceremony and reception management

  • Styling oversight to ensure alignment with your vision

  • Guest assistance throughout the day

  • Day-of Emergency Kit

We handle the logistics, connect you with trusted vendors, and ensure your day flows effortlessly so you can focus on what matters most: each other.
