FAQ

How far in advance should we book you?

We recommend booking as early as possible—typically 12–18 months in advance for full-service planning, and 6–9 months for partial or day-of services. Elopements can often be planned with less notice, depending on availability.

What’s the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner?

Venue coordinators often focus on the venue’s operations, like setup timing and catering. They also ensure the venue is taken care of and respected.

As your planner, stylist, and/or day-of coordinator, we oversee every detail with a focus on you. This includes your full timeline, vendor management, decor setup, guest flow, and unexpected issues that arise. We advocate for you from beginning to end.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! We’re based in Colorado but love working in the mountains, desert, and beyond. We also have strong connections to Philadelphia. Travel fees may apply depending on location—we’re happy to provide a custom quote.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer custom payment plans to make our services more accessible. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits.

What are the 30-minute speech, vow, and officiant coaching sessions?

These one-on-one sessions help you (or your loved ones) feel confident and prepared for big moments like vows, toasts, or officiating. You’ll get personalized support on writing, refining, and/or delivering your words, whether you’re sentimental, funny, or speechless.

Our coach has a background in communications and previously coached TEDxBoulder speakers on how to present. This is included in certain packages and available as an add-on for all other packages.

What is the decor library and how does it work?

The Decor Library is our curated collection of reusable wedding decor—available at no extra cost to all partial and full-service planning clients. It includes items like candle holders, signage frames, styling cloths, table numbers, and more.

Once you book your planning package, we’ll share a visual catalog of available pieces and help you select what works best with your style. We’ll bring your chosen items on the wedding day, handle setup and takedown, and return everything ourselves

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

We’re ready to manage the unexpected. Whether it's a late vendor, a timeline shift, or a broken zipper, we’ll handle it behind the scenes so you can stay fully present and worry-free.

Do you offer services for low-income couples?

Yes. Each year, we take on a select number of couples at a reduced cost as part of our commitment to accessibility and community support. Please fill out the 'Discounted Services Inquiry Form' to be considered.
